A human skin trial performed on volunteers has shown BPN Amaranth Protein to have skin whitening properties when compared to vehicle.

Ex vivo studies on hair have shown BPN Amaranth Protein P1 Blend to offer a protective effect against chemically induced damage.

A natural peptide hydrolysate from amaranth seed obtained via a proprietary sustainable water based process. Known to the Aztecs as the "grain of the gods", amaranth has been cultivated for 8,000 years. It is an amino acid, gluten free, high protein and lysine and rich in bioactive peptides.

Functionality and Applications
